EU Countries only: |
All teams from EU countries must wire the AIEC SRNC team fee + the Basic Staying Costs for all riders by bank transfer to the Luxembourg OC bank account (see below).
For a full team of 3 riders the total amounts to EUR 444.- (= 3x EUR 128.- + AIEC Team fee EUR 60.-).
For each additional rider, please add EUR 148.- (= EUR 128.- + 1/3 of AIEC Team fee).
Payment must be received by the OC no later than November 26, 2008
(= Confirmation deadline) in order to confirm and validate your entries. Please allow up to 4 or 5 business days for the wire to complete.

Due to usually high bank wire fees and/or longer transfer delays from countries outside the EU, non-EU member countries are not required to wire their fees in advance.
They are, however, welcome to do so should they prefer not to have to carry around a lot of cash while travelling, in which case they should follow the directions above.
Otherwise, the full amounts must be paid in cash upon arrival.

| | * People coming by airplane may also want to check out flights to Frankfurt-Hahn Airport in Germany. Low cost airlines including Ryanair are flying into Frankfurt-Hahn.
ATTENTION: The airport of Frankfurt-Hahn is NOT the same airport as and has nothing to do with Frankfurt International Airport! |

| | * There is a bus shuttle service from the airport in Frankfurt-Hahn to Luxembourg-City central railway station. Schedules and reservations online here: www.flibco.com. The shuttle bus takes about 90 minutes and costs around €10.- per person and trip. Online reservation is compulsory for the shuttle service. |

| | The OC will only provide its own shuttle service for participants from and to the Luxembourg airport and the central railway station in Luxembourg-City.
If you need to be picked up from either station, please make sure to email your travel information to the OC as soon as possible. |
