All teams must pay the AIEC SRNC team fee + the Basic Staying Costs for all riders to the Organising Committee no later than August 13, 2010.

Supporters must register and pay by July 20. Price and space of the accommodation are only guaranteed until this date. Latecomers may have to pay a higher price or risk to have to look for an alternate accommodation on their own. |

All teams are required to attend the awards ceremony on 19.09.10 in complete numbers. Leaving early is considered a sportive unfairness and disrespect towards the OC, the sponsors, and all other participants.
Please plan your travel accordingly. |
