(*) A cash deposit of EUR 150.- per team (= EUR 50.- per person) will be collected upon arrival and registration to cover for eventual damages to the accommodation facilities by the participants. The deposit will be returned on the last day only if no damage has happened. Repeated circumstances from past events are requiring for this measure.

| | Riders and supporters bring sleeping bags. |
| | Supporters bring air mattresses. |
| | Due to the excellent quality of the horses the OC has decided to add a special event of Cross Country. One rider of each team has to ride one small Cross Country course, judged on style. The result of the Cross Country event will be considered in the combined team rankings, at equal parts to the team dressage and the team show-jumping. |
| | All teams are required to attend the awards ceremony on Sunday in complete numbers. Leaving early is considered a sportive unfairness and disrespect towards the OC, the sponsors, and all other participants.
Please plan your travel accordingly. |
