All teams must pay the AIEC SRNC team fee + the Basic Staying Costs for all riders to the French OC no later than June 11, 2009.

RIDERS: For a full team of 3 riders the amount totals to EUR 444.- (= 3x EUR 128.- + AIEC Team fee EUR 60.-).
Individual or additional riders pay EUR 148.- (= EUR 128.- + 1/3 of AIEC Team fee).
SUPPORTERS: Each supporter must pay according to the length of his/her stay:
4-days: EUR 130.-
3-days: EUR 110.-
2-days: EUR 90.-

Please note that there is a small fee charged by Paypal for each transaction (similar to the bank fees for a bank wire). The fee is calculated as follows: 3.4% of the amount plus EUR 0.25 per transaction. The total amounts to be paid are therefor:
RIDERS: For a full team of 3 riders the amount totals to EUR 460.-
Individual or additional riders pay EUR 154.-.
SUPPORTERS: 4-days: EUR 135.-
3-days: EUR 114.-
2-days: EUR 94.-

| | The official currency in France is the Euro (EUR). All costs and fees must be paid in EUR. |

| | All teams are required to attend the awards ceremony on 12.07.09 in complete numbers. Leaving early is considered a sportive unfairness and disrespect towards the OC, the sponsors, and all other participants.
Please plan your travel accordingly.
It is possible to stay until Monday 13.07.09 for an extra fee of EUR 20.- |

| Travel information | Participants and supporters will ONLY be picked up at the Bourg-en-Bresse Station!
If you need to be picked up at the Bourg-en-Bresse Railway Station, please email Jean-Baptiste ahead of time with your time of arrival at the station. In case of any delays, a phone call to the OC would be greatly appreciated.
People arriving at Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport should take a train from the Airport train station to Bourg-en-Bresse. One-way tickets cost about EUR 10,40.- per person, travel time is about 1 hour. Trains depart every 15 minutes up to 22:16h.
