All teams must pay the AIEC SRNC team fee + the Basic Staying Costs for all riders to the Organising Committee no later than March 05, 2010.

RIDERS: For a full team of 3 riders the amount totals to EUR 444.- (= 3x EUR 128.- + AIEC Team fee EUR 60.-).
Individual or additional riders pay EUR 148.- (= EUR 128.- + 1/3 of AIEC Team fee).
SUPPORTERS: Each supporter must pay: EUR 110.-

Please note that there is a small fee charged by Paypal for each transaction (similar to the bank fees for a bank wire). The fee is calculated as follows: 3.4% of the amount plus EUR 0.25 per transaction. The total amounts to be paid are therefor:

| Travel information | Participants and supporters will ONLY be picked up at the Leuven Railway Station!
Train timetables can be found at www.b-rail.be.
If you need to be picked up at the Leuven Railway Station, please email Denis ahead of time with your time of arrival at the station. In case of any delays, a phone call to the OC would be greatly appreciated.
People arriving at Brussels International airport (Zaventem) should take a train from Zaventem Airport station to the Leuven station. One-way tickets cost about EUR 4.- per person, travel time is about 15 minutes. Trains depart every half hour up to 23:30h.
People arriving at Brussels South Charleroi Airport (incl. Ryanair flights), should take the bus shuttle from the airport to the train station of Charleroi. At Charleroi train station take the train to Leuven/Louvain station. One-way tickets cost about EUR 9.- per person, travel time is 1:45h. Trains depart every half hour up to 22:30h. You will have to change trains once.
