Structure of AIEC

	The AIEC Board manages all AIEC operations and events. Board members are elected by the General Assembly for 2-year terms.
	The General Assembly (GA) consists of representatives from each member-country, who elect the board members and vote on all major decisions. GA meets at least once a year.
	The national student riding associations are the actual members of AIEC, and give AIEC its federal character. They regroup and represent the various local riding clubs or universities, and nominate the participants to represent their country at international events. There is one national SR association per country.
	The members of the local riding clubs and universities regroup under the umbrella of their national SR association.
